This Privacy Policy applies to apps, websites, portals, and internal tools designed, operated, or managed by Beckstar LLC that link to this policy (the "Apps"). The Apps are generally built for internal company use, team workflows, and account-based access.
We keep data collection limited to what is needed to provide the Apps, support user accounts, maintain security, and meet legal or operational requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: information used to create, manage, or authenticate an account, such as name, email address, company, role, login credentials, and account settings.
- Login and security information: records of sign-ins, sign-outs, authentication events, IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, and similar access logs.
- App content: information that users submit, upload, enter, or generate while using an App. The exact content depends on the App and the organization using it.
- Support information: messages, requests, screenshots, files, or other details provided when someone asks for help or reports a problem.
Tracking and Analytics
We do not install third-party trackers, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, Google Analytics, PostHog, or similar analytics services in the Apps.
The tracking we do is limited to account activity and security-related logging, including login history and IP address records tied to user accounts. We use this information to detect suspicious activity, protect accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and improve the security and reliability of the Apps.
Cookies and Local Storage
The Apps may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar browser technologies only for ordinary App functions such as keeping users signed in, protecting sessions, remembering preferences, and preventing unauthorized access. We do not use these technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Apps.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts, systems, and data.
- Investigate errors, bugs, suspicious activity, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about App operations.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of users, customer organizations, Beckstar LLC, and others.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising.
We may share information with the organization that provides or administers access to an App, with trusted service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or support the Apps, or when required for legal, security, or business reasons. Service providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to us or the applicable customer organization.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Apps, maintaining security logs, supporting customer organizations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by App, customer organization, account type, and data category.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication, encrypted connections where appropriate, limited access to production systems, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the App and the organization that provides access to it, users may be able to review, correct, export, or delete certain account information. For internal company Apps, some requests may need to be handled by the user's employer, client, or organization administrator.
To make a privacy request, contact the organization that provided access to the App or use the support or contact method shown inside the App. If Beckstar LLC directly manages the account or App, we will help route the request to the appropriate person.
Children's Privacy
The Apps are intended for business, internal, and organizational use. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of an App after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies going forward.
